Coconut Chutney

Coconut chutney is a typical condiment that is served with South Indian dishes, especially Idlis and Dosas. It has great texture and a unique taste that compliments many dishes.
Ingredients :-
------------------ 
Grated Coconut - 1cup ;
Green chillies - 4 ;
Roasted channa dal - 2tablespoon ;
Curry leaves - 1Spring ;
Tamarind - a small lemon  sized ball ;
Salt ;
For Seasoning :-
---------------------
Oil - 1teaspoon ;
Mustard seeds - 1/4tsp ;
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp ;
Channa dal - 1/2 tsp ;
Curry leaves - few ;
Method :-
------------
1. Put grated Coconut, Chillies, roasted Channa dal, Curry leaves, Tamarind, salt in a blender.  Add water as needed to help with grinding and continue blending into the paste.
2.  Before removing from blender, taste chutney to adjust the salt.

3. Make tempering in hot oil, add mustard,channa dal, Urad dal , Curry leaves and top it on chutney. Serve with dosa, idli or any south Indian breakfast.
